WareMatch is the first 3PL Warehousing marketplace. Our mission is to help brands save time and money by connecting them with the best 3PL providers for their business needs.
We're not your typical matchmaker. Our software identifies the full scope of your project and aggregates a list of the 3PL providers best-fit for your project. You can choose to request quotes from whoever you like, and they will bid to win your business.
Our Story
Working as an entrepreneur in the medical supply industry and needing 3PLs across Canada & the U.S, co-founder & CEO, Ryan Kalisky struggled to find the right-fit 3PL partners for his needs.
The process relied on personal connections, cold calls, and slow quoting via email and spreadsheets. He never knew if he was getting the best deal, since warehouse pricing would often fluctuate based on availability, seasonality, and required services.
Ryan discussed these challenges with his best friend Ben Toulch, who operates in the Airbnb space, and together they began to develop WareMatch. They recognised that while marketplaces and directories exist, none were able to fully encompass the dynamic and complex nature of 3PL Warehousing.
They also aimed to simultaneously simplify the 3PL sourcing process for brands, while also being a tool for 3PL providers to more comprehensively market their space, beyond just square footage and pallet availability.
With those aims in mind, and Ben's experience with Airbnb, they created WareMatch: a user-friendly platform that aggregates 3PL warehouse availability, letting businesses browse options and get instant quotes with ease.

The Beginning
A Vision Takes Shape
Ryan Kalisky and Ben Toulch pooled their savings and set up a makeshift office, designing the software on pen and paper. Rahul Bains joined as CTO, quit his job, moved to Montreal, and slept on a blow-up mattress in the office for months to help build WareMatch.
Official Launch
15 Months of Validation
After 15 months of validating their idea and building the platform, WareMatch officially launched, bringing a revolutionary digital-first solution to the warehouse discovery market.
Proof of Concept
First Major Milestone
Closed first 60,000 sq ft space deal, validating the WareMatch platform's ability to connect tenants with warehouse operators successfully.
Rapid Growth
Eastern Canada Expansion
Reached 1 million sq ft listed on the platform with 26 warehouses across Eastern Canada, demonstrating strong market adoption and operator confidence.
First Investment
Investor Confidence
Signed lead (first) investor SAFE agreement, marking the beginning of WareMatch's funded growth trajectory.
Strategic Funding Round
$2M Raised
Successfully raised $2 million via VC and Angel Investments, providing the capital needed to scale the team and enhance the platform.
