Warehouse Operators

Learn how to create compelling listings, attract brands, manage quotes, and maximize your visibility on WareMatch.

Once your account is created as a "warehouse operator", select "List Your Space" at the top of the WareMatch home page – this will direct you to your Warehouse Operator Dashboard. From there, click the blue button on the right of your screen that says "+ Create New Listing" and get started.

Listings must be approved by the WareMatch team once they are created to be activated on the platform. WareMatch's team will be notified as soon as a new listing is created. They will review to ensure no company names are displayed in the listing description or pictures. Listings must exclude all company names.

Optimize your listing with complete, accurate descriptions, services offered, certifications, capacity, and photos of your facility. Premium listings gain higher visibility in search results and are featured in WareMatch's marketing channels, increasing your chances of being selected by brands.

Brands discover your warehouse through WareMatch's search and RFQ matchmaking tools. When a brand submits a storage or fulfillment request matching your services, your profile appears as a potential provider.

WareMatch attracts brands actively searching for logistics partners, then matches them to qualified 3PLs based on location, service type, and capacity through the RFQ system.

Once your quote is accepted, WareMatch introduces both parties directly, enabling you to finalize details and begin onboarding.

You'll connect immediately after your quotation is approved. Until then, communication remains managed through WareMatch to ensure fairness and transparency.
