Regal Logistics operates a Class A distribution facility at 1980 Technology Drive in Charleston, minutes from the Hugh K. Leatherman Terminal and the Port of Charleston. This is a port-adjacent operation built for importers who want cargo moving from the pier to the shelf without standing up a second handling network. Direct access to I-526 and I-26 ties the building to the terminal, Charleston International Airport, and the wider Southeast in a single drive.
The facility was built in 2007 to modern distribution standards: 30 foot clear height, 52 foot by 55 foot column spacing, ESFR sprinkler protection, 6 inch reinforced concrete floors, and 480/277 volt three phase power. A cross-dock configuration with up to 69 dock doors, pit levelers, and 173 foot truck courts front and back keeps trailers turning. The lot is fenced and secured, with parking for 100 plus trailers and 100 plus vehicles.
What sets this location apart is what happens inside it. Regal runs it as a full-service third party logistics operation, backed by AppiaWay, our licensed brokerage division, so drayage, transload, and distribution stay under one roof and one point of accountability.
