A 300,000 sq ft climate-controlled third-party logistics facility located 25 minutes from the Port of Houston with direct access to Highway 59.

The facility is fully HVAC-enabled throughout, maintaining consistent temperature across the entire floor. This makes it well suited to electronics, cosmetics, nutritional supplements, and other temperature-sensitive inventory.

Building specifications include 61 dock doors, 15 drive-in doors, and 30-foot clear height. Both floor space and rack space are available.

Services include receiving, storage, pick and pack, kitting, labeling, and outbound small parcel and freight. Operations run on Extensiv WMS, providing clients with real-time inventory visibility and self-service reporting. Integrations with Shopify, Amazon, and other major sales channels are already in place.
